Summary: sehr geräumige Wohnung auf 3 Stockwerken in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Wohnung müsste mal wieder aufgefrischt werden.

Summary: A truly British house in a neighbourhood close to the Thames, parks and recreation, numerous bus services and Richmond - with tube, trains and shopping. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting room. Allow at least 30 minutes to the centre of London. Pay and display parking available, as is parking at Richmond station.

Summary: The location of this property is great. A nice walk from the train station, even when dragging suitcases. It’s pretty easy to find and there are abundant neighborhood shops and restaurants. The property was not very clean; there were crumbs on the kitchen counters and the living room rug. There could have been more attention paid to cleaning the bathrooms as well. The small room with the pull-out sofa bed was VERY small; when the pull-out (which is very uncomfortable) is open the door only opened about 6-7 inches, making it difficult to get in/out of the room. There also were almost no paper supplies, e.g. toilet paper. Three bathrooms, 2 of them had half rolls only. We had to go buy some. If I had known we needed to bring our own paper products, we would have done so. The property needs some love and attention. The back patio area is entirely overgrown. The front hedges need trimming. There is some type of vent in a kitchen window but part was missing so it was just an opening where cold air was entering. This could be a fantastic rental if the property was kept up. The “property booklet”could also be updated.
