Positive: Cleaner was there to welcome us and explained the apartment and where to buy groceries and dispose rubbish.

Negative: Will be good to have some overnight parking agreement with nearby garage.

Negative: Not much I didn't like, only thing was the elevator was tiny, but we managed by using the steps.

Positive: Gianluca was a good host, we arrived early and were welcomed in. The apartment is great for a group of friends or couples with everything you need. Close to the metro and to the Vatican Museums. It is a great base for exploring Rome.

Positive: The apartment has a really good location, close to a supermarket and to the metro station. It is a relatively quiet residental area. The apartment is spacious, each room has its own small bathroom. Looked exactly like on the pictures. It is a good place if you only want a space to sleep for your bigger family or group during your stay in Rome. By the way, the best restaurants we found in Rome were near the next station (Ottaviano).

Negative: There is an old coffee maker but it is better to have coffee downtown. (Also the nearby cafés are quite expensive) We planned to cook for the first night but you have to buy everything, even olive oil.

Positive: The location is terrific! Restaurants, cafes, shops, etc., and the Vatican was literally around the corner! The rooms were clean and each had its bathroom! How unique and helpful was that! Great location, great value for the money, and super clean and comfortable!

Negative: We had no complaints. The staff was really helpful and prompt when we had a question.

Positive: Go for it! Clean, fresh, 3 bedrooms with 3 big double beds, bathroom in every room. Good for 6 people, maybe more! Very close to Cipro subway station on line A. You can go to the most important places and landscapes! Just to know the metro is very full in a morning and late afternoon when people goes to work and school. Other than that is cheap - 4,50 promo price for a 100-minutes ticket one can use 3 times. Well italians are very noisy if you are light sleeper. Everything in italy you can walk up to 30 minutes from place to place. This accomodation is in perfect place with Carfour supermarket 24h nonstop and some other pizza places working after 12 p.m. That's it!
