Positive: The apartment is located in the Alcazaba Beach buildings complex (looking on the map - second building from left in top row (near the road)). The Alcazaba Beach complex is very well-kept, has access to a public beach, beautiful vegetation, includes 7 swimming pools (with sun loungers and umbrellas), tennis and padel courts, a gym, and a restaurant only for Alcazaba Beach guests (good food!). Very quiet and relaxing during the day (September). Distance from the Estepona city about 30 minutes (walking distance), on the way there is a bus station, car rental, Carrefour hypermarket. You can also get to the city walking seaside promenade (great relaxing walk). The apartment is well-equipped, clean, not damaged, the beds have comfortable mattresses, there is a garden outside and rattan furnitures. Parking space in the garage, possibility of parking outside. All you need to have perfect holiday! :-)

Negative: small remarks: - WiFi is very poor in the main bedroom (or sometimes even do not work at all in the main badroom) - signal extension should be installed (easy to improve by the host) - meeting with the host was very very quick (we had to figure out which remote control was for what (awning, fan, anti-burglary blinds) and how to turn on the air conditioning (it is separate device to turn on power to the controller and then you can turn on AC panel)) - there is no information on the Booking that check-in earlier costs 40 euro (information sent after reservation). we needed check-in only 2 hours earlier (there were no guest before our stay), so we had to pay (of course I understand the rule, but paying ~2250 euro for the stay I was little bit surprised by the lack of flexibility)

Positive: Wonderful apartment with own little backyard in new part of Alcazaba Beach resort. Our apartment was very well equipped and everything was in good shape.

Negative: Only thing what we missed during our holiday was Alcazaba Beach restaurant which was closed due to seasonal break.

Summary: Lovely stay - we will defenitely come back again
