Positive: Apartment was super clean

Negative: The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Although I mentioned we were 6 people, the table only had 4 chairs and there were only 3 mugs. One of the showers was clogged and the water took ages to drain. There was also a sewage smell when we first walked in, though I understand that can sometimes happen in older buildings.

Positive: The location is good and has easy access to Alcantara Terra train station. Within walking distance, you can find restaurants and supermarket. The 3 rooms are good, but 1 of them doesn't have AC, so it was too warm to sleep in and even though I requested a fan, it never arrived. The kitchen is well equipped.

Negative: One of the rooms didn't have an AC, and the host didn't give me a fan, even though I asked for one and they confirmed they would send one. Also, one of the bathrooms had a horrible smell of sewage, and they said someone would take a look and try to fix it, but no one came. I notified them about the smell the next day I arrived, and stayed there for another 7 days, so there was plenty of time to send someone.

Positive: The apartment is large and sunny, it is well located, within a short walking distance from the public transport, not far from the centre. A nice view of the 25 de Abril bridge. Communication with the hosts was really good, they were very helpful in terms of giving advice on anything we needed. They also offered us a free brunch, which was really a nice surprise.

Negative: Parking space is rather limited, it is along the street, but we were fortunate to find a spot even with our big car.

Positive: The communication with our host was great. Even though we arrived late at night we got answers straight away. The beds were really comfortable! Great blackout curtains. Great aircon. Quiet except for the planes.Great for the 6 of us w 2 bathrooms. Complimentary brunch at a nice place across town was offered to us, but unfortunately we didn't have time to go there. Easy and fast to use Bolt when going back to the airport.

Negative: The pictures makes it look bigger than it is and does not show where we stayed but I guess the adjoining apartment. Ours was similar but felt smaller and darker than the pictures. The overall smell in the apartment-pesticides? Somewhat dodgy neighborhood. The airplanes passing just above were rather loud, so the location.

Positive: My son loved the inside stairs! Also, the person in charge was very pleasant in the communications. Definitely a plus.

Negative: The lack of toilet utensils (shower gel and shampoo) in the second bathroom and maybe a blow dryer.
