Summary: Mario did everything to make our stay enjoyable. He's very helpful and attentive. The location of the apartment is good for the beach, but the connection to public transport is not so good. To go sightseeing or shopping, you will most likely need a car.

Summary: In October it is calm and quiet place. Very good and comfortable apartment with sea view terrace. Sea is near the house (just walk several minutes). The beach is excellent - wide, clean sand beach. Shallow, warm, and clean water, ideal for babies. The owner of the apartment is very considerate to guests. He helped us so much with our troubles! The car is necessary, for example, in October the nearest supermarket is 4 km far. But you can find couple good restaurants not far from apartment.

Summary: "Very friendly and helpful owners. It was nearly empty city in October, sandy beach only for us. Clean enough. Direct sun only in afternoons, that was dissappointing a little bit while in October. And very good Italian food. Nice."

Summary: "Our family 2 adult and 3 children stayed one week in the end sep-2010. We really had a good time, its great value renting a flat at the Villa Giovanni, it was well worth the money. The sandy beach is also great, only 250m from the house. We will most likely come back again."

Summary: "We had a wonderful 8 nights at Villa Giovanna. Although we were in Appartment A on the ground floor we still had a lovely view of the sea and were surrounded by hibiscus flowers and roses. Mario could not do enough for us, the instructions on how to find the Villa were the best we have ever received. He was attentive to our every need and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine on arrival. The apartment was very clean and had everything we wanted. Just 4 minutes walk to the lovely long sandy beach which is very natural, no hotels, bars or high rise buildings. Being there in October it was very quiet and during the week we had the beach almost to ourselves. Alcamo Marina is also a good base for taking short trips to many of the 'must sees' of Sicily. The weather was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

Summary: "We have stayed in the first floor flat B. This is a truly excellent apartment set on two floors. It is clean, well-equipped with fantastic views from the front balcony. The apartment is child friendly. The sea is very close and easy to reach. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful and live off site. We can highly recommend this apartment and will not hesitate to rent it again for another holiday break on Sicily."

Mario and Mariella (and family!) were really helpful and friendly, and gave us lots of information on the area. The area was beautiful, with clean beaches and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend Villa Giovanna to friends, we had a wonderful holiday!"
