Positive: When we arrived Stephanie escorted us up to our room. It was well appointed and comfortable. Parking is across street. A little tricky to find the first time around the block.

Positive: The staff was proactive in communication, available, friendly, and quick to respond. We were travelling with a pet which can add a bit of stress to a trip, but they provided such attention to detail to make us feel comfortable with the extra responsibility, even providing bowls, a pet bed, treats, and a little toy for him. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Great coffee/cappuccino available 24/7 to us. Walking distance to everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this to others, and we would return here in a heartbeat if we were passing through here again.
