Positive: The staff were amazing at all times. Wonderful staff. The accommodations were tricky to access, parking was not included as expected and the room was very basic. But this was a nice enough place for inside the city walls.

Negative: Parking not included. Rooms very basic. Pillows not so great.

Summary: Value for the money...not totally on point in our opinion. Great staff though!

Positive: The location and the breakfast were very good; the room was spacious and clean.

Negative: The walls were a bit too thinn and we could hear everything on the hallway and the alarm clocks from the others.

Positive: The room had a very good air conditioner, worked well and was not noisy, which was a relief considering it was 38°C outside. The room didn't have a private bathroom but one to share with one other room, but that was no problem.

Negative: The room was basic but OK. The only extremely unpleasant thing was that, even though smoking is prohibited, the bad smell of entering a smoking room was the first impression I got every time I entered the room. I tried spraying perfume to neutralize the odour but to no avail. Clearly this room has been used by a heavy smoker in the past and it was impossible to get the odour out...
