Positive: The location is unbeatable especially with the free parking and breakfast. Could be cleaner and more modern but in all for the price it was a good deal. The room next to us was nicer than ours so I guess it could have been a better choice. The AC was not always on and in a fixed temperature but the staff was always ready to turn it on when asked. Having a small fridge was also a huge plus to store water and some perishables.

Negative: As mentioned the room could have been a bit cleaner and made a bit more cozy.

Positive: Room is ok, nothing fancy but clean. The walls are not tick so you can hear some noise from the other rooms. The staff is super friendly and the location it's awesome only 3 minutes from Boccadasse. They have big parking and overall is what I was expecting.

Negative: Thin walls in the room, can be noisy in the night. Not a fancy room, just basic a bit cold for my girlfriend in the night.
