Summary: Exceptional food, service and gorgeous grounds. Everything was so clean and the staff was fabulous. Must get the whole lobster at the rooftop bar in Pool.. best I’ve ever had. Will definitely return as this was our fourth visit!

Summary: Property was amazing! Pools were great, staff was kind and helpful, and the food and drinks were tasty. Rooms were clean and the balcony was so nice for morning coffee. This resort was perfect for our family, even with young children. Walkable to a grocery for snacks and short golf cart ride to town. We will be back!

Summary: Very nice and clean room.. Very special bday gift and set up for us on arrival.. Staff was on top of everything.. The fruit flies and gnats were bad on our balcony but they came and sprayed but the gnats came back..

Summary: Alaia is a beautiful hotel with super friendly staff & rooms are cleaned daily! We loved our free 1 day cabana rental however, our server only gave us menus and never came back to take our orders. I was really upset that there is not beach access to get into the water to swim but than again the water was not attractive and there was a horrible smell some days. Huge turn off for me being as though I'm a beach bum at heart! Drinks at the pool bar are overpriced and watered down. Bring your own liquor! Spa prices were insane and overpriced almost double what you would pay in the States. The local market around the corner is also very high. We paid around $13 US dollars for a standard pack of cookies listed for $25 Belizean. Overall, I enjoyed myself but highly doubt I would return for a 2nd trip.

Summary: Our stay was outstanding. I was not disappointed. Thanks for birthday cakes as well as the happy anniversary decorations. I appreciate the hospitality. The Spa massage was remarkably fantastic (Gina) is highly recommended. Thanks ago will be back soon.
