Summary: We just returned from our stay at Los Encantos Our group of 7 were all very happy with our stay here. The property is beautiful and well maintained- a true paradise. One of the best parts is the caretaker Harley and his wife Nevia. They made us feel welcome and cared for the entire time we were there. Nevia cooked for us the day we arrived and we highly recommend you take advantage of this service as everyone agrees she is a fabulous cook! Staying on this property also comes with the perk of getting set up with Clinton who will take care of arranging your excursions. We can't say enough good things about our stay here - we would definitely come back !!

Summary: My family (7 adults) stayed in Los Encantos for our week in Belize. The house was great for our group - clean, well furnished and stocked. Harly and his wife took great care of us all week. The pool was always clean and welcoming. The location was secluded but not isolated. . The host took care of getting our golf carts, our rides from and to the airport and connected us with Ali Mermaid Adventures for fantastic excursions. Would highly recommend Los Encantos for your week.

Summary: This is a great location if you want to be close to Secret beach and away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro!The salt water pool is a big plus! The on site hosts Harly and Nevis are available to help with maintenance and housekeeping 24/7. All arrangements for excursions and transportation where seamless!We all agree we would stay here again!The place is clean and well maintained! Loved the hammock and the eastern facing view for the breath taking sun and moon rises!

Summary: We just returned from a 6-night stay, with a group of 4 couples. We couldn’t have more pleased with out stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Communication after booking, and leading up to our stay was great and provided good information. We pre-ordered some groceries so we had food when we arrived. We bought booze from duty-free at the airport. Pickup from the water taxi was seamless and the driver was waiting for us when we got there. Golf carts were at the house when we arrived. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were comfortable and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts. That is about all we cooked there, as we ate out for lunch & dinner every night. Harley and Nevia did an excellent job keeping the house and grounds clean, the pool was perfect and clean. Harley gave great advise when we asked about local recommendations or directions. They were always around if needed.Location: there are a couple bars and restaurants within walking distance, or 5 minutes from the house. We spend a couple days at the Truckstop, and that is about a 15-minute golf cart ride. San Pedro is about 25 minutes. Secrets beach is about 25 minutes also. Wanted to provide this info, as you do have to plan accordingly.I would highly recommend this place for both value and overall experience. Thank you!

Summary: Don't know where to begin as everything could not have been more perfect. From the moment I made the reservation I was entranced and couldn't wait to arrive. The management was incomparable, they immediately answered the couple questions I had, we became acquainted and they helped me plan every other aspect of my vacation. They left no stone on turned. I took control of all the plans and took my friends along..... they were so impressed by how smooth every part of the arrival and settleing in went. The accommodations were absolutely awesome, and were true to form in every aspect of the online description. Our maaster suite was just beautiful and the other guests LOVED their rooms. They helped us with every single detail of our stay to any degree that we asked; Diving, transportation, food touring, and excursions. They helped us by having a tour operator come to the house and help us plan everything we wanted to do. There is an absolutely lovely couple that take care of the property and one night they cooked us a meal. Recently the question came up, if there was one person who stood out more than any other on your trip, who would it be? His name is Harley, talk about nice, cultured and academical in everything Belize, this man is at your beck and call. I have traveled the WORLD and this place is at the top of my list! We had an absolutely wonderful time here..... you should too!
