Positive: Having the swimming pool inside it's quite amazing. It's very quite outside.

Negative: You need to call before getting there and pay cash. You really need a car to get there and move around. There is a kitchen but there are no appliances or anything available. Bed is not super comfortable. One of the toilets was not working. I struggled with my 2WD car to get in and out from the property.
