Positive: Second time staying at this hotel. Overall, everything was very comfortable and met our expectations. Despite it being high season and the hotel being quite busy, there was always plenty of space available at breakfast. The selection was excellent, and everything was fresh and tasty. We also really enjoyed the food at Pablito restaurant, as well as the fast and efficient service. Please note that the rooftop restaurant has a dress code. There are always clean towels available both by the pool and at the beach, and bars are conveniently located throughout the hotel. The hotel also occasionally hosts live jazz performances, which was a nice addition to the overall atmosphere.
Negative: As for the downsides, for the second time I noticed the same issue with housekeeping: during cleaning, wine glasses, cups, and drinking glasses are sometimes removed from the room and not replaced, so you have to ask for them to be brought back. Occasionally, the coffee capsules for the in-room coffee machine are not replenished either. However, these minor issues are always resolved quickly with a phone call or by speaking directly to the housekeeping staff.

Positive: Location is great. Everything was clean the pools corridors rooms. Everything was perfect.
Negative: Some of the staff were not friendly, especially Soner who works in the buffet area. He deliberately ignored us several times and when we ask him for something, he put it on the table in a very rude way and when he remove the used plates and glasses he took it with attitude, a very bad attitude.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, perfect for family vacation. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious with lots of choice of different food. The rooms are also quite spacious and the sea view from balcony is amazing.
Negative: Sometimes the staff was not very attentive.
