Summary: We were very impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities, we used the indoor pool, saunas and Turkish bath a lot, as well as the sun loungers. The city center and old town were close by and easily accessible by bus and taxi. We didn’t book any food in the hotel and ate at nearby cafes or in town. We would like to return to this hotel one day.

Summary: Breakfast is great, so are the rooms and hotel. But the guest service is not what one may expect. Not oriented towards problem solving. They block credit from you card, so you can spend in the hotel and pay at the end. But registration takes too much time and last time the hotel unblocked the money after one month. Not acceptable! The Spa is poor for a hotel like this. The big Turkish spa/hamam smelled really molded. Meaning it is not clean. They do treatment for couples but in seperate rooms! Big disappointment on a special couples occasion. So some minors, 4 stars instead of 5.
