Positive: I felt very special about the way they treated me so kind and welcoming! The manager Abdull was lovely turn as a friend to me:) all them! Highly recommend it! Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed!

Summary: For sure I will be back anytime soon I hope! Haha

Positive: Akhnaton is a brand new hotel located next to the spectacular pyramids of Giza. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the roof terrace on the fourth floor is simply magnificent. Breakfast is really good and topped off with an amazing view on the pyramids. The same can be said about dinner, when the sun is setting over the dessert and the pyramids. Next to the hotel is the area where camels and horses are being fed and come to rest after a long day, and thus helps creating the vibrant atmosphere surrounding the hotel. What made this hotel special for us is the people working there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they did everything possible to make us feel at home. Also, the mega friendly hotel manager helped us with arranging the transfers to and from the airport and organized the excursions we did. This hotel is highly recommendable for couples and families.

Summary: Great hotel at a fantastic locations with amazing views on the pyramids. The amazing staff made our stay unforgettable.

The location is with the perfect stunning views of the Pyramids. We had a simple delicious egyptian breakfast with the views of the pyramids that made our day. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean and modern. We had a wonderful stay! Thank You for taking care of us.

Positive: Wet close to the pyramids. It’s a very short walk. Great views from the rooftop restaurant. Amr Al-Shouri took excellent care of me.

Negative: I bit noise but it’s just the neighborhood, not the hotel.

Positive: What an amazing gem and we could not have wished for more. Really did get a 5 star experience and the amount of work that has gone on since opening 2 months ago is amazing. Breakfast - top notch, all with amazing views over to the pyramids. Drinks in the evening on terrace overlooking Giza is a special experience. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and spent time helping in making our Cairo experience even more worth while. A special shout out to the Reception Manager who could not of been more helpful! Transport to and from the airport (small fee) and friendly driver to beat the hustle and bustle at the terminal. The plan is to offer lunch and dinner in the future and know that they will continue the high standard so would seek out if returning to Cairo. Thank you so much for an amazing stay

Negative: The only downside is the location is close to the testing area for the horses and camels which are used at the pyramids - they generally sleep throughout the night though. Don’t let the drive put you off the main road - this hotel really is a gem!

Positive: Amazing hotel and staff. It is an absolute must in Giza. Epic rooftop and delicious breakfast. From the reception up to the roof the best staff I ever met. Funny, young and dynamic staff. The rooms are amazing with balcony and pyramid view. I loved it so much!

Negative: Wifi in the room didn't work all the time.
