Positive: It was our first time visiting Tokyo as a family of three and first I hesitated to choose a house instead of a hotel because we landed really late and i was afraid if I can understand self check in procedure. Everything went perfect as it could be. Even if I had questions about our stay, they answered to me immediately and tried to be sure that we are enjoying our stay. Location was just amazing! 10-15 min to everywhere with the subway. And also quiet, kind and clean neighbourhood. Definitely will come again!

Negative: A bit hard to understand the technology at house since we weren't used to japanese technology :)

Positive: Once in the condo, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds are very good. The kitchen is well equipped. The toilet was typical Japanese and functioned well! The condo is very well placed for Akasaka-Mitsuke Station and many food outlets. 7-11 opposite!

Negative: The locker box did not open with the given code. Another guest suggested trying the other locker boxes and this is where we found the keys.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and spacious compared to other locations we have been in Tokio. It was possible to store our luggage prior to checkin time. We enjoyed the location. The subway connections are great, there are lots of dining options around and the appartment itself is located in a quiet street. Perfect choice for a family of 5 with 2 bedrooms and a sleeping couch in the living room. The communication with the owner was easy and questions were answered swiftly. We would return here again on our next trip!

Positive: The hey left great instructions for everything. The beds were very comfortable, the place was spacious even with 5 people.

Negative: It smelled vaguely fishy but once I’m there apartment for 5 minutes you got used to it.
