Positive: We had very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The place really nice, clean, very quiet neirbourhood. Host very supportive and kind. Sergio help to get to property, picked up us from Shopping center. Next day drove us to airport, so really appreciate such service. We got all info from Beatrice before arrival, all instructions for check in and possible transportation. Location is really good, close to airport.

Negative: All 👍

Summary: I would really recommend stay there. So convenient to get support with transportation, persons are really helpful.

Positive: Booked this place because it said it had a bath but turned out that was wrong and only showers available... they did refund me the difference in price but the process of complaining to get this was stressful. The listing probably used to have a bath as the space for shower was huge like a bath space, but modernisation probably removed the bath. There was a lot of confusion around this as the word in Italian for bathroom and bath are the same. It was a functional stay before a flight and they were very good about arranging collection and delivery to Milan airport which was helpful. The room itself and bathroom were quite luxury like a 5star hotel. Minus the bath!

Negative: - No bathtub only shower in the most expensive room - No staff onsite so everything needs to be done via test messaging but they're responsive.

Positive: Very nice room. Big bathroom. Transfer service any time from/to airport. Quick response to any question.

Negative: Very hot water in the shower and was not able to make it colder, but maybe just didn't find how to do that🤔

Positive: We arrived late to Bergamo airport but Angelo the driver was great and collected us at around 1:45am to take it to Bea Rooms for only €10. Very friendly and helpful he even collected us the following morning to drop us off at the Train Station. Room was lovely and clean, bathrooms were beautiful and a great size. Although we were only there a few short hours (from 2am - 9:30am) we would definitely return again. Thank you Bea and Angelo.

Positive: This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable, and the interior design was a pleasure to admire. The staff was very friendly, and the option to arrange a transfer was a fantastic bonus.
