Summary: The check-in experience was very disappointing. The staff member’s attitude felt condescending and dismissive, making me feel disrespected and uncomfortable for the rest of my stay.

Summary: This hotel is close to the airport and that is why we chose it. There is no reason to stay there if you are a tourist. The bed was hard as a futon. The room was on the smaller side but nice. Great rain-style shower with hand sprayer. Big jacuzzi-style tub. Complimentary breakfast was good. Not a bad place to stay, but only for business travelers. Better places are available for tourists. Rates were excellent.

Summary: Very clean and roomy. Even have a Styler in your room to clean your outerwear. Nice laundry room with free detergent. We love the free traditional breakfast, especially the nice kitchen lady.

Summary: Ok for night stay near airport. Shuttle was convenient but not really necessary since hotel is only one subway stop away from airport. Room was clean but couldn’t get AC to work properly due to settings being too hard to figure out and hot water needs to be maintained by turning on heated floor.

Summary: Excellent room, I had 903 which comes with a large bath, 1 Double/1 Single Bed. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean hotel, a shuttle is available but needs prebooking apparently- no stress as it’s only one stop down on the elevated railway which stops pretty much outside the hotel. Good breakfast with Western options as well as traditional Korean. This is an ideal hotel for avgeeks - my room had views of the Domestic hotel and landing planes.

Summary: Spacious rooms. Comfy bedding. Love the backlit mirror. The bathroom was a little strange. I just wish the glass was completely opaque and the shower pressure was stronger. Be aware that a lot of the dining options close early, around 3. Service was good, and we appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport!
