This Condo is recently 100 % renovated and equipped for short term nightly rentals. This condo is the perfect choice for traveling contractors, PCSing Military Members and visiting family members as well as traveling nurses.
Guest will have access to the entire 2 bed 1 bath Condo. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans and several other items. including a coffee bar and crock pot.
I live out of state but have a network of cleaners, maintenance technicians and who can be onsite in minutes if required. I will be available by phone, text, email or through the Abnb app any time of the day and will be happy to help in any way possible.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this location. The host is amazing and responds quickly. The unit had all of the features we needed and even some we didn’t (if you’re traveling with little ones, there’s a pack-n-play available). Without a doubt, if I’m ever in Clovis, NM again this is where I’m staying!!!
