Summary: Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I found the proximity to BART and a few AC bus stops very helpful for getting around during my visit.

Summary: Staff are wonderful. Water pressure is so bad it took 4-5 minutes for my water to get warm. ADA hand held shower has no post to position in a way that people can wash hair with both hands. No daily cleaning of the room. Garbage gets piled up.

Summary: The decor was nice, and I appreciated that they provide real mugs rather than paper ones. However, I would not return to this hotel, as the sound insulation between floors is essentially non-existent. After a long trip, I was hoping to get some sleep, but I was woken up around 6 a.m. by guests upstairs. They weren’t doing anything unusually noisy; normal footsteps came through as loud thumps due to the building’s construction.
