Positive: Location - places of interest (such as museum, Pasar Payang, Kg. Losong, Drawbridge) are easily accessible with your own transport. There is a row of shophouses with laundromart, convenience shops, cafes, fruits stalls and our favourite char kuey teow stall! There are lots of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner available nearby. My kids love the pool. Properly maintained.

Negative: Since it is located behind a restaurant, the restaurant's cooking smell comes into the place we are staying (especially the bedrooms). Cleanliness & house maintenance can be further improved.

Positive: Its location and the swimming pool. Close to all amenities. The swimming pool is large and nice. The kitchen is well equipped.

Negative: The master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. The room has two queen beds which occupy most of the space. The air conditioning was not properly maintained. It did not cool the room even the temperature setting was at the lowest. The bidet in the bathroom was damaged and leaked. The sink pipe has problem with the water flow make it difficult even to brush teeth. There is no railing or hook to hang towel inside the bathroom.The bathroom has a very large window which left open without safety grill and ventilation fan. The floor mate outside the bathroom door was slippery and did not absord water. The downstairs room very smelly and humid. The house is a double storey terrace Every room in the house has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so the space in every room is tight. There is no side table to put any personal things. The kitchen utensils need to upgrade to cater for large group.

Summary: The house needs a proper maintenance and safety measures. Personally i think the rental is overpriced.
