This light and airy holiday home creates and warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step inside - you know you are going to have an enjoyable holiday.

Hidden behind the gates you will find a cubby house for the kids to play in, along with plenty of grass for a game of cricket or bocci and around the back is a lovely covered deck area with a long bench table, bench seats and BBQ for all of the family to enjoy. A smaller covered area for the adults to chill with a glass of bubbly and watch the kids play out the front.

Step inside this lovely holiday home - fully tiled throughout the open plan living area (easy to sweep the sand up from the beach), lounge with smart TV, couches, split system and Coonara wood heater, with adjoining meals area and kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and coffee machine - this opens up to the outdoor deck. Three bedrooms, stunning bathroom with bath and toilet, separate laundry.

Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is only a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 10 minutes drive. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Summary: Had a very nice time aircon was amazing beds were comfy the outdoor area was relaxing all had a great time out there worried about a fridge in the laundry filled with stuff that wasn’t ours weren’t sure what to do, had to throw out a couple things in the freezer of the kitchen fridge but besides that everything was good
