Positive: Easy key collection and communication with the owners was excellent. Very clean indeed and well equipped apartment, quite close to the station - about a 10 minute walk away on level ground for most, we're elderly and it took about 15 minutes for us. A bus goes from nearby to the station regularly but we didn't bother to wait for it. It is a very expensive taxi ride - presumably because everything in Switzerland is expensive - but it cost 20 francs when we arrived, and 18 francs when we left as it was too far to walk with our luggage. That's a lot of money for a very short taxi ride - the same road as you'd walk on, not a long journey due to one-way systems or anything like that.
Negative: Just one thing which wouldn't bother a lot of people but for me it was unacceptable - there are no curtains in the property, just dark nets. There are shutters on the 'downstairs' bedroom window to block out light, but the living room and other bedroom didn't seem to have shutters so when the light is on, passers-by can see straight in. Indeed the house across the road would have a great view in as well, including the bedroom when the door to the living room is open. Anyone driving past can see straight in as well. A lovely apartment, but we wouldn't return because of the lack of privacy at night. If this doesn't bother you, I highly recommend though, a lovely apartment very convenient for the railway station.
Summary: Excellent apartment apart from lack of privacy issue for me....

Positive: Very homey feeling. Well equipped kitchen! The laundry facilities were also very useful. Very near coop grocery for your meal requirements. Just a KM away from Jnterlaken OST.

Positive: Location was amazing and the space was more than enough for our family of four. Just a few minutes walk to the Train Station (Interlaken Ost), or slightly longer into downtown Interlaken. Laundry room was a huge plus for us. Also the bedding was super comfortable! We had great sleeps, and then enjoyed morning coffees on the charming little patio with a view!
Negative: The unit maybe ran a little hot, but that's an easy fix I'm sure.
Summary: We loved our place in Interlaken! Great place, great memories made.

Positive: This place is amazing. A couple blocks from the grocery story and a 10 minute walk to the train station. It is in a nice and quiet part of town. It was easy to make this place our temporary home and the hosts are very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.
Negative: The bed was very comfortable, but could use new pillows.
