Positive: Good room size, nice big TV, good size wardrobe, room and bathroom were clean. The host was very polite and friendly.

Negative: The ceiling light was cold and not cozy at all. There was a very dim little bedside lamp powered by three triple A batteries but 2 of them were missing so had to use the TV remote control ones to be able to turn it on only to find out it was way too dim anyway. The window roller blind didn't come down when I was operating the cord so had to open the window and pull it down manually. The room's white walls were completely bare making it very impersonal and could really benefit from some basic decoration. Nothing dramatic and most aforementioned points could easily be resolved or improved but for the price I paid I consider having the right to have that level of minimum expectation.

Positive: The house is in very central location. It is always clean and everything is ready yo use all the time. He explained everything perfectly and helped me about any case i need. Kitchen tools quite enough. Breakfaat was as same as what there are in some hotels. Not hundred options for sure but it was quite enough. Thanks for everyrhing again.

Positive: Clean, kitchen with everything needed, located near the metro station and several big supermarkets.

Negative: There is no heating. You can get a small heater for your room, but main room, kitchen, bathroom has the temperature almost as outside (it’s true from November to the end of March)

Positive: Excellent stay. Great location half way between the city and the beach. Seconds from the 32 bus that connects both. Julio was a charming host and made me feel very welcome. The room was fresh and clean. A great choose for Valencia especially if you are visiting to see the football as the stadium is a short walk away
