Positive: Nice and comfortable room with well equipped bathroom. Giovanni offered a warm welcome and was enthusiastic about the estate and local products. No stress. Fruit juice from the estate in the fridge of the room. Enjoyable dinner at the Osteria with local food and sparkling wine. Good buffet breakfast. Relaxing location on the countryside. Great sunset!

Negative: The spiral staircase to our room...I was a bit scared, but it worked fine! Maybe it could be wise to warn the guests at time of booking.

Summary: Enjoy Italian countryside in all simplicity, with great comfort, wine and food!

Positive: Giovanni, the hotel director, was exceptionally warm and helpful—his hospitality truly elevated our experience! He made our stay both enjoyable and memorable. We had traveled all the way from the USA to attend the Nek concert in this charming town, and the hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming, perfectly complementing the occasion.

Negative: Our stay was nearly perfect—everything met or exceeded expectations. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning could have cooled a bit more for added comfort.
