Positive: Breakfast was family style with a choice of fresh jam, fruit, eggs, a variety of breads and delicious coffee! It was served on a lovely back porch with a background of birdsong. We also opted for dinner which was also wonderful. I highly recommend you do that, as well. The pool was refreshing, rooms and beds very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Beautiful Pitigliano was a short distance away. But best of all was the warm welcome from Francesca and her parents. Best place ever!

Negative: Nothing. It was all perfect!

Negative: The beautiful sitting room with fireplace is only accessible when staff are present and serving dinner. No means of boiling water for tea in rooms. A flask of hot water is left in the common area at night.It is normally empty or cold by late evening and is not refilled until after breakfast.

Positive: Francesca and her mom did a fantastic job of making us feel at home and giving us good instructions on what to visit in the area, before and during our visit. When my wife got a sulfur-induced migraine after spending the day at the baths in Saturnia, Francesca very kindly brought our dinner up to our room so she didn't have to come down. All four courses of it! Can't recommend this place enough.
