Positive: The absolute first thing that must be said is regarding the wonderful people who own this Agriturismo. They are delightful and special beyond words. When we parted it was as if we were leaving dear friends. We were looking for a special, quiet country environment and this was perfect. Since exploring Tuscany was our goal, it was a perfect location. Our hosts also had some great suggestions for places to visit. Our room was comfortable and clean, and felt like we were in a private villa, which I guess we were! The breakfast we were provided was simply amazing...what a wat to start the day! Thank you Tommasso. Arturo, and Rosella!!!!

Positive: Honestly probably the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in in the context of what I’m looking for on a certain trip. The family is so welcoming and serviceminded and everyone that works in the hotel business should take a lesson from Tomaso. Every morning it was a new variety of home baked food and cakes to eat in this beautiful Tuscany sorrounding. If you have the chance, stay here!

Positive: Beautiful property with rustic style, very comfortable and clean rooms, and most importantly, friendly and hospitable hosts. The location is also very convenient. Each morning begins with an amazing breakfast spread with local and homemade pastries/coffee and tea/à la carte eggs from the property’s chickens and many other dishes (meats and cheeses, jams, etc.) Guests are also provided with a highly reliable recommendation list for local food, drink, activities, etc.

Positive: Starting with the helpful communication weeks before arrival, then a very personal and friendly welcome upon arrival. Tommaso and the entire family makes their guests feel so welcome. It's a beautiful and peaceful property, perfect for relaxing after visiting the nearby touristy towns. Breakfasts are a special experience with yummy pastries, homemade yogurt and great Cappuccinos. Thank you for everything, I hope to see you again someday!

Positive: What a gem! I couldn’t recommend this place more. We had a lovely time at this beautiful property - the hosts were exceptional, so warm and welcoming. Tomasso and his parents were so detailed and attentive to their guests needs. The breakfast was above and beyond with delicious sweets and savory bites, an incredible frittata and the best coffee we had in Italy. We took advantage of Humile’s extra offerings - the hot tub overlooking the views below and a relaxing massage in our room. Parking was great and easy. The rooms were beautiful with ours having a lovely patio to drink a bottle of wine. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us! Hope to be back again!

Positive: A lovely family-run B&B with the best breakfasts ever! And the vast view of Tuscany & Umbria. Each morning we had a lovely breakfast served by the owner's family with eggs to order, which was divine. Their tea was the best, and the host even gave me a little satchel of tea to take home—very charming family.

Negative: Bug bites & the shower being in the room, even though it was behind a curtain, and done beautifully. (But of course, it is a matter of personal taste.) During our four-week stay in Italy, I got the most bug bites at this property. It's not the property's fault, but on the first night, we killed a mosquito in the shower that squirted blood, which probably was mine! Then there were a few tiny black bugs near the bed. That's part of being in the countryside, I guess. I am more prone to being bitten by small creatures, and my husband wasn't bitten at all. The owners are environmentally conscious, meaning they refrain from using harsh chemical treatments on their property. Didn't help that the two days we were there, the area was overcast and rainy. I may have gotten bitten when I took a dip in the pool the first evening, as I saw them floating on the water as well. So, other than the pesky bites, the room was Instagram-perfect!

Tommaso (the host) was warm and welcoming in every single interaction we had, ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. The family who owns this property has put so much love and heart into it and truly want their guests to have an unforgettable experience, and they have absolutely succeeded. The homemade breakfast, the olive harvesting happening before our eyes, their sweet dogs running around - everywhere you looked, you saw joy and beauty. We will absolutely be back!
