Positive: We knew when we arrived at AgrileisureTime in the picturesque Umbrian countryside that we were in for a treat! We were not disappointed. Niccolo and Susanna were wonderful hosts-always friendly, smiling and helpful from the first meeting and we left feeling like we were leaving family. The farm itself set in this beautiful Umbrian countryside is a wonderful example of organic production. We toured the extensive grounds with Susannah and were awestruck by the high standards and sheer variety of animals and the products made. Then there is the food!!. We are still dreaming of the freshly baked cakes and pastries for breakfast followed by juice, coffee and eggs and the set 4 course dinners using organic products from the farm with wine and coffee were delicious and always different every night. We rued the night of our stay when we did not eat there. Facilities at AgrileisureTime are second to none with a beautiful swimming pool,spa, tennis and volley ball courts and the rooms were bright, modern and spacious with a very comfortable bed. We hope one day to return to this little piece of paradise. Thank you to Niccolo, Susannah and all your wonderful and professional staff for making our time in Umbria a very memorable experience.

Positive: Niccollo, Debora, Anna and the entire team - thank you so much for exceptional welcome and hospitality. We surely felt at home, while staying at your place. The Agriturismo includes a farm that provides organic ingredients, which find their way to your plate (olive, honey, eggs, milk, fruit, etc). One has the option to book a full dinner for only 30 Euros. It includes openning, first and second courses, dessert, wine and hot drink. Most important - it is very tasteful. Great value for money and highly recommended. Farm is located in the geographic center of Umbria, and provides very convenient access to all its parts (north valley, south valley, Todi/Orviesto in the west and Norchia in the east), using a single accommodation. Deluxe rooms - equipped (refrigerator, Nespresso machine, channel TV, heating system), spacious, lighted, a parking spot nearby.

Negative: No A/C in the room (a ceiling fan can work too, especially for hot days)

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family by Nicclo and Susanna, warm smiles, fresh air, and the scent of fresh herbs drifting through the garden. The property is nestled among olive groves and vineyards, with views that stretch across golden hills and sun-drenched fields. We had a lovely apartment located near the main house. Each morning began with a breakfast that felt like a celebration of local flavors—fresh homemade cakes with jam to start. Our hosts cooked us farm-fresh eggs according to our liking. Dinners were unforgettable: rich with tradition, bursting with flavor, and paired with wines produced right on the land. What made the stay truly special was the connection to the people. The staff were phenomenal, very professional, helpful and personable! We toured the farm, had a demonstration about how honey is spun, and took a fun class on pasta making. The owners and staff shared stories, recipes, and laughter that made us feel deeply rooted in the rhythm of rural life. It was cool when we were there so we did not take advantage of the beautiful pool and facilities. If you're looking for peace, authenticity, and a taste of Italy that goes beyond the tourist trail, this agriturismo is a dream come true!

Positive: We had the most amazing stay at AgrileisureTime. The agriturismo was everything we hoped for. Lovely grounds to explore, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, amazing views of the countryside, lots of farm animals to visit, a fully stocked bar, clean and modern amenities and offers lots of activities during the summer we believe (we stayed in mid-September). It is also very easy to reach Spoleto, Spello, Trevi etc. from here. We enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast in the mornings and stayed for dinner every night. The food was incredible, and copious!! Besides it being delicious and plentiful, we were also very impressed by the fact that the majority of it was sourced from the farm. The room (Girasole) was very spacious, even with a baby cot in it. The room had great air conditioning, a very comfortable bed and bathroom, and great wifi. It also had a lovely outdoor seating area and was cleaned daily (the whole property was spotless!). What really made our visit so special were Nicolo and the team. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little girl, and it felt as we had known them all for ages. We were very sad to leave and have already decided we will definitely come back again.

Positive: From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The views were spectacular. They really showcased the beauty and diversity of the Umbria region. Agrileisure Time has so much to offer: sensational food, the opportunity to dine in at night (which we did every night), farm experiences, pool, and a variety of other activities. The location was excellent for day trips throughout the region. The point of difference was the genuine hospitality from our hosts, Nicola, Debra, Suzanne and their staff who went out of their way to look after us and suggest areas to visit. We will certainly be back and we will be highly recommending this fabulous place to everyone Thank you and ciao for now

Positive: Fantastic, so friendly they looked after us very well. Susanna, son Niccolo and all the family and staff are wonderful hosts. I can't wait to come back again it is superb. The views are unbelievable I tried to paint some views but nothing compares to being here. Beautiful breakfast served every morning. You can book to join the evening meal, we sid this several nights, food is all freshly prepared and alot is grown on their organic farm, beans, asparagus etc. Susanna kindly gave us a tour of the farm and the animals.

Negative: It was a shame the sun wasn't out so much but that is nobodys fault! This is my second time staying, and we would love to come back again. We had heating in the room and lovely hot showers so we were cosy. And blankets provided for us in the room, so very comfortable. TV in the room and all mod cons.

Summary: Amazingly beautiful location and views, wish we could stay a lot longer!
