Positive: Breakfast was great. Plenty of home made pastries and juices, coffee and tea. We didn’t partake but eggs and fix’ns were offered. I imagine the eggs would have been farm fresh because the were plenty chickens running around.

Positive: The best about this place is the location. A little remote, be the scenery is incredible. Lots of friendly animals and the owner is just to die for! Don't expect a big fancy hotel, cause it's not; but that's exactly what makes this place so nice. It's authentic, peaceful and in the middle of nature.

Negative: Booking.com says you can pay by card but the owner asked for cash as her payment machine usually doesn't work. So, not really something negative, more something to be aware of and something that should be better communicated between the owner and booking.com

Positive: This place has a women as a host which is very nice, she doesn't speak English so that was challenging to say the least, the sink was leaking, the heating system wasn't enough or independently accessible so i got sick from taking a shower in a cold room, the sink leaked and cold water was on the floor and the carpet the lady Maringa gave me wasn't enough, she was nice but i didn't feel comfortable enough to insist on that issue, i almost slipped in the shower and hit on my back from the wall while i was avoiding a fall on my head, because the water temperature was constantly going from hot to cold, i am very sick now with fever and cough, I don't feel that this place is suitable to host guests untill it arranges an independent system for heating/cooling the room, a Safe shower and fix the leak in the bathroom, i found this place controversial because I'm good with people but i was hurt by my stay in this place. The house has 3 adorable dogs and a bunch of cats, they were my only bliss to be honest, i find Marina to be nice but extreme improvement is needed, though booking ignores my requests so if you are reading this, reconsider

Positive: We loved staying at the farm! My 14-year old daughter said she could have stayed for the remainder of the week instead of going to Rome:) Our host Marina was wonderful, my daughters arose early every morning to feed the animals with Marina. If we are in these parts of the country again, we will definitely be giving Marina a visit. The breakfast was tasty with organic eggs. And the rooms were more spacious than expected. Marina also provided great recommendations of the surrounding area. We visited Canale of Monterano which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were also able to practice our Italian. Difrutamos de la granja. Marina es encantadora. Mis ninas disfrutaron tanto que no quisieron irse. Pudimos practicar el italiano y darle comida a los animales. El desayano era bueno con huevos organicos. Mariana, como typica italiana, te hace sentir en casa de primer momento. Esperamos volver.

Positive: We did like place, nature around, garden, animals and very nice people, swimming pool. And freedom.

Negative: There is nothing we didnt like. {Only there could be more knives, forks and spoons and medium pots for cooking.]

Positive: This place was absolutely beyond my expectations! Was looking for a fairytale views and tranquil place, with folk design and had everything and more that I need. Marina is very helpful at any moment that you need, but absolutely not bothering you if you want to be alone. Be back there for sure. As a bonus you’ll be able to play with amazing dogs

Negative: If you want to have a lunch or dinner in the area be prepared by aiming cash, internet in there is rather weak so not always is a chance to pay with cards.

Summary: Like visiting the best country side family but no one is bothering you :)
