Casa Naia is located right in front of the beach in a private, quiet and prestigious residential area, which is just a few kilometers outside of Puerto Escondido. Enjoy miles of secluded golden sand beach, relax by the pool, or in one of the many hammocks surrounded by gardens. Enjoy fresh Coconut water from the many coconut trees on the property. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids) and bigger groups.
The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, pool, 2 fully equipped kitchens (one for the chef to prepare your meals), dining tables, an open air living room, a Palapa with ocean view, a large Palapa yoga studio with mountain view, hammocks throughout the gardens, over 50 Coconut trees.
Drink fresh coconut water every day. 2 outdoor grills, brick pizza oven. In total, the house has beds to sleep 14 guests.
At Casa Naia you will often see dolphins and whales swimming by out front. "Naia" means dolphin in Hawaiian. One day I was surfing out front of the house and a school of dolphins swam around us and interacted with us for several minutes. At the same time the sun was setting, it looked like a big ball of red fire was melting in to the ocean. It was pretty magical. And that's how your still will be at Casa Naia. Magical!
Guest access
The entire beach house and property is private only for your use. All of the rooms are available for you to use. Within the rental price is the use of the entire space and all amenities included. The rental does also include daily cleaning, laundry service, maintenance of pool and garden and a maid. An excellent chef is available on request for an extra fee.

Casa Naia is inside the private gated community "Rancho La Parota", which is located 10km south of Puerto Escondido, and 70 km north of Huatulco. The property is right on the beach. There is a beautiful lagoon to the side of the property full of many different species of birds. Puerto Escondido is only a short ride away. Puerto Escondido is a magnet for surfers and beach lovers. By day, you can surf, go fishing, or go dolphin and whale watching, or visit the hot springs. By night, a busy restaurant and bar scene brings live music and an active nightlife. Casa Naia is only 12 minutes away from the main beach Zicatela.
Getting around
The pricing includes pick up and drop off from the airport. All other transportation needed, the house staff will contact a taxi. We can also rent a car for you if you feel the need to have one. Please ask us about rates and availability.

Summary: Beautiful oasis on the beach. The owner, Chris, was very helpful throughout our stay. The staff at the house is awesome too! Chef Omar made delicious meals for us and housekeeper Chila kept the place sparkling clean the whole time. One of the most relaxing places to stay with a private beach. We highly recommend it!

Summary: My family stayed at Casa Naia to celebrate our parents 50th wedding aniversary and we had an amazing time. Is a perfect house for a large group, the house employees are super nice and helpful, You can set up your stay with a full time chef service and is worth every penny the food was amazing and the crevice could not be any better. Chris (owner) and his family were ther wen we arrived to welcome us and provide advice and suggestions about the Puerto Escondido area. Beautiful house, wonderful people, perfect location, great food. The photos on the website don’t do justice to the house, the moment we arrived as we were walking in the house and garden areas exided our expectations.

Summary: Chris and his family have a AMAZING place. We were pretty burnt from driving from Oaxaca City over the mountains but ended up in paradise here. Honestly, this is one of the biggest scores I've had in recent travels. This home is located right on the beach...you can look up and down the beach for a mile or more each way and see NOBODY. The staff at the house were very kind and thoughtful, ready to help wherever they could. There's a nice small pool for cooling off, the kids loved it. The grounds are perfect for relaxing, kid exploring and they have peacocks here too. There's an outdoor pizza oven, a couple of grills, a pallapa for yoga, board games, stretching, etc. The waves tend to be bigger and somewhat wild so keep special attention to kiddos in the water. We body surfed and boogie boarded here everyday. Chris has made this place really affordable for families, which I really appreciated. It's a small fortune for us to get down here from Portland OR. Don't hesitate to book this place, it's a real treat with thoughtful beach/vibe touches throughout.
