Positive: The location was excellent Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely comfortable rooms Great breakfast.

Positive: The hotel is in a beautiful location in Champoluc. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable with great amenities and beautiful views of the mountains.The spa is excellent and the food was very good. I had a wonderful stay and I will return.

Negative: I enquired about extending my stay directly through the hotel although I could have easily done it via this platform. I was offered a family suite although the deluxe suite was available and the price was 5 times higher!. I wonder why and I feel disappointed as it reflects badly on the hotel which is very good.
