A wonderfully charming home - lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in one of Charlotte's only historic neighborhoods that's a short walk to uptown. Easily walk to center city in 10 minutes, Elizabeth in 5 minutes, and the popular Sugar Creek greenway in 2 minutes. You'll be close to all major freeways, and a 5 minute uber ride to all that Charlotte has to offer.
The Space:
This is truly an excellent location in the heart of the city. You'll be centrally located right in the middle of Charlotte's most popular neighborhoods, including Dilworth, Myers Park, Elizabeth, and Plaza Midwood. And best of all, the home is situated on a wonderful, quiet, tree-lined street for the perfect home-away-from-home experience.
This home has been fully remodeled with brand new bathrooms, brand new kitchen, and brand new everything. The huge wrap-around front porch will let you experience true southern living, complete with rocking chairs for sipping coffee, drinking cocktails, and catching up with friends and family. The large backyard is fully fenced in for privacy and comes fully equipped with a stone firepit, lots of seating, and charcoal grill. There is a driveway (two cars) and additional free street parking in front of the home if needed. I am available for questions or help at any time. Contact me as much or as little as you'd like :)

Summary: This is a beautifully redone home. We stayed on a work trip. The home is exactly as the pictures describe. Its beautiful. From the back yard you can watch the planes flying in and out. And the porch is awesome. The only thing missing in this home was a couple of tvs. Its a good location. The neighbors are nosey thou gh. more tvs. drw

Summary: This home was cozy and spacious at the same time. Bedrooms were large and peaceful. Home has been updated and sitting on the porch was delightful, but the furnishings on the porch could be updated as well as the leather chairs in the living room. Not comfortable for long sitting periods. Close to stores and nearby stadiums.
