Positive: Place was very cleaned and tidy. Happy with all aspects re facilities and for our needs. Had occasion to catch owner and they were easy to speak to.

Negative: For us, we like a firm bed. We found the bed too soft but it didn’t detract from the overall positives.

Summary: Excellent well presented clean place. Recommend this accomodation.

Positive: Couldn't believe we got to rent a whole suite for the fantastic price we paid for 2 nights! Very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. A well stocked kitchen and nice furnishings. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Negative: It was further away from downtown Victoria than expected. Everything was available to prepare dinner but couldn't find a cutting board anywhere! The owners pet dog could be heard barking through the connecting door.

Negative: During the cold it was hard to warm place up as we could only find heat in bathroom and bedroom. Fireplace helped a bit. Bath Tub has high walls to get over for mobility issues persons.

Summary: Good stay will go back in the future. Well done property.

Positive: The apartment was very clean, with laminate flooring throughout. There was a full kitchen outfitted with all the cooking essentials a person would need. Lots of storage, chairs, and linens. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to get to stores and restaurants. The host was most gracious.

Negative: There was nothing to improve on.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and would rate rental a 10 plus.

Positive: Location and comfort. The amenities were excellent, and the hosts responded to questions quickly. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchenette had everything you needed. This location is perfect, close to trails, and pet friendly. I can see us staying here again if it's available.
