Summary: Property was accurately described and there were no surprises. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was very welcoming. Owner responded promptly to email correspondence. Others listed privacy concerns, but some small compromise is expected in a rental of this type, and I didn't see it as a problem. Only complaint I had was I would have liked a hotter shower. I showered at various times throughout my 5-day stay and only got 1 really hot shower. I would still highly recommend a stay here.

Summary: Well stocked unit. We did not know that it was part of the managers home so it lacked much privacy. The price was right. The unit is advertised as air conditioned but there are no controls for the air in the apartment.

Summary: It’s a nice place to stay with a small kitchen including dishes, utensils, and pans. The coffee maker is one of those Keurig machines, but no coffee pods which would have been good to know.

Summary: we love to up and spontaneously leave at all times! last minute trips are our fav. booked this 2 weeks before we left, super cheap for the area with TONS of things to do, a 30 min drive to multiple beaches, we even went as far as naples to catch a sunset cruise! our favorite beaches were venice and boca grande. This place doesn’t offer a oven even though it’s listed but it does have a small air fryer which we used all week! Comes with linens, kitchen essentials and i just so happened to leave my Hulu logged in for the next guest hahaha we overall enjoyed!

Summary: Such a lovely little space. Perfect size and all the amenities we needed. Spent 4 days. Absolutely wonderful. Stocked with everything we needed. Host checked in to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything, which I found to be a nice touch. Beds are super comfy. Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely will book again next time we are down.

Summary: I rented here for my older sister and 93yo mom who were visiting friends in the area and they found the place lovely. I made a mistake on the departure date which had my sister in a panic and frustrated, but the host Jelena was very patient dealing with the situation, which was so nice of her and greatly appreciated by me since it was clearly my mistake. Highly recommend.
