Positive: Beautiful place, the fireplace outside was a very nice touch, very nice location, the reception lady was extremely nice and we liked our room quite a lot. The pool area is beautiful, although we couldn't use the saunas. One of the prettiest classic old style hotels we have stayed in.
Negative: The saunas were not working, the Greek worker spoke Russian to us after my partner said she only speaks ukranian, low quality coffee, breakfast is disorganized and low quality, the keys are quite large and the part attached to them makes them difficult to use.

Positive: We got a room upgrade, so we were already off to a great start! The staff was also amazing and super efficient. The wellness area is great and super relaxing. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is also great, just a short walk from the lake and close to good restaurants. Breakfast was also delicious! Overall an amazing experience, truly exceeded our expectations.
Negative: One of the swimming pools was closed, and the other one was quite cold, which made it unusable for us. This was a pity. One of the saunas was also closed, which was unfortunate. Wi-fi does not work well. For us, this was a good reason to disconnect, but it might be an issue for others.
