Positive: Fabulous location very close to the Seestraße, which is the most beautiful promenade of the Tegernsee lake. What’s more the apartments are recently renovated with a very tasteful modern design and ergonomic solutions. The space is very well optimized, ergonomic and the beds are very comfortable. I love that this place keeps the traditional elements of the original building and combines it with the modern aesthetic. You can appreciate this architecture details while walking on the main hall stairs and or entering to the beautifully designed entrance of the building. The spacious garden and the vintage chic swimming pool is another hidden pearl of this unique place.

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like is an automatic light at the corridor of the room, but it’s such a minor issue that some people might not even realize it.

Summary: Must visit for the ones who appreciate modern architecture combined with a traditional spirit in the fabulous location.

Positive: The Location of the hotel is very close to the Tegernsee lake and main street, many car park available, the host was Amazing and the rooms are very very clean and modern, I stayed in many hotels in Rottach egren , Tegernsee and Bad Weisse so far this is the best and planing to come again every year.
