Step into this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on a quiet lake with private beach and swimming/fishing dock. Enjoy snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter. 4 Wheel drive highly recommended in the winter. We are located just 4 miles to the Village of Lake George and 25 minutes to historic Saratoga Springs. Enjoy the fire table on the upper deck sitting on your Adirondack chair in the middle of the Adirondacks! Relax on a float, kayak or paddleboard on the lake. Amazing views from most every room in the house. There are 2 floors~ both featuring kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplaces and smart TV's. There is plenty of space to bring family and friends. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths will greet you on the main level along with a fully equipped kitchen including a high chair if needed, dining room, and living room with fireplace. There are several sliding doors to take you out to the deck. Enjoy the expansive upper deck complete with a gas grill, propane fire table, Adirondack chairs and loungers. Not to mention the amazing view. Each bedroom is complete with comfy mattresses, and fine linens. In each bathroom you will find towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. We also have a pack and play with sheets for the little one if needed. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have smart TV's. The lower space boasts its own kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, dish washer and microwave. There is a 4 seat bar with built ins and an exit door to an extensive patio complete with gas grill, hammock, and dining table. There is a full laundry area on the lower level as well as a working space with pull out sofa. There is a 6 seat high top table for casual dining where you can enjoy the fireplace and or televisions. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite show. There is a bedroom beyond the sliding barn doors complete with a king sized bed, closet and under stair nook!
Exit from the living or kitchen area to a full patio to relax on the hammock or walk on down a few steps to the private beach complete with Adirondack chairs, and a dock to fish or swim from. There is also a wood fire pit for your enjoyment.
The immediate area offers tubing and floating down the Hudson River, rodeo's, restaurants, hiking, biking and so much more. Check out Tubby Tubes with its location walking distance from

Summary: I was nervous to book because there were no reviews as it was a new property (originally) but rolled the dice anyway and I am SO thrilled we did. As the positive reviews came in prior to our weekend I got more and more excited and am so happy to write this, another positive, review. Our 8 adults fit comfortably in the house and had the absolute best time. One day we spent it at the beach using the provided (and blown up) inflatables, sitting in the chairs at waters edge, and using the paddle boat to explore the lake. My only concerns were how close the neighbors were on the beach but we luckily had very nice guests next to us (unsure if it's a VRBO or not). The host was so responsive when we followed up about extra propane and paper towels, and even offered us to check in a few hours early since it was early. We cannot wait to come back!

Summary: The house is beautiful and absolutely meticulous. There are small boats and floats available for use as well as lots of games to keep everyone entertained. Highly recommend this for a family getaway!

Summary: I booked this lake house for a long weekend to attend my son’s wedding on Lake George. The location made it easy to get to all the places we needed to be while still providing an enjoyable atmosphere during our down time. We had eight adults with all of us having plenty enough space. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful lakefront place to stay

Summary: This house has everything you need for a perfect family vacation! Fully equipped with outdoor play gear for kids and paddle boards/tubes for adults. Own private beach with beautiful lake views. Debra was great at communicating and helping us find whatever we needed. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back!

Summary: Our family just finished a 5 night stay in this beautiful lakefront home! We felt as if we are in a home away from home. The home is tastefully decorated, comfortable and insanely clean. The outdoor space is amazing. All you need to pack are your clothes and any food or drinks. The owners have thought of everything you would need during your stay. The lake is clean and quiet. The owner provides 2 paddle boards, a peddle boat, floats, and indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone occupied and be sure to bring your fishing gear. Lake George Village is 10 minutes away and there are a couple of very close restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will be back!

Summary: What an amazing property. Clean and well stocked with anything you could ever need to enjoy the lake and the property. We will definitely be using this property again. Caught ten fish in the lake! I cannot say enough about this property and the property manager. Absolutely great communication.
