Summary: Kitchen not equipped for cooking. Not even a cork screw provided. Dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent. Walls and windows dirty throughout the unit. Only TV is in the bedroom so you need to be in bed to watch. No grab bar in the tub/shower making it very unsafe for people with shorter legs to get in/out. Balcony unusable due to the noise from the HVAC from building across the street plus no patio furniture. Thermostat set at 65F and no way to adjust it…we were cold. Building fire alarm was set off at 1:30am. False alarm but the elevators were disabled. We had to walk down 25 floors the next morning. We came back late hoping the elevators would be fixed. Hallelujah, one of the four was. We only had to wait in line 30 mins for our turn to use it…way better than walking up 25 flights of stairs.

Summary: Great location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road.

Summary: Our family of 3 loved this condo that was lovely and convenient to excellent restaurants within walking distance and a huge mall right across the street. Loved the use of the exercise facilities. Will stay here again on our next Toronto trip.

Summary: Host was very communicative about how to get into the property, where to find parking, and how to access things around the property. The condo was very clean, organized, and had an amazing view. It was a corner unit, lots of great views, and very close to the Eaton Centre for shopping and food options! Would stay again, and highly recommend!
