Positive: The host is very responsive and allowed earlier check in and later check out. Self check in was very easy and efficient.

Negative: The shower tray is very unsteady and slip.pery. The towels and bed linen seem very old and yellowish giving a less-than-clean vibe. Sofa was stained which made sitting on it uninviting

Positive: It is a great option for a group of 4. The location is just perfect, everything is close and within walking distance. Accessing the flat with a code was easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable, the AC was highly appreciated, and the overall stay was nice.

Negative: There is not much space where you can put your bags or unpack clothes in one of the rooms, a simple "open closet" with hangers would be useful.

Positive: Location was fantastic right in the heart of the historic area which had a multitude of restaurants and bars as well as historic sites. Had all we needed. Enough space for the two of us. Had air conditioning which was essential in the hot weather.

Negative: No change of towels during the stay. Could not sit on balcony as looked out into a building site (I know this is not the fault of owners). Would have been nice to have a smart tv we could cast to as no English speaking channels for the odd occasion to watch it. Also limits on hot water available for showers but we managed it fine. Would also suggest an information pack detailing things like the refuse which can be confusing and also what to see in the area and nearest supermarkets in area.

Positive: Great property. Everything was as described and the booking/check in process was straightforward.

Negative: The hot water limit for the shower of 80 litres before waiting a while for this to be available again was a bit of an issue but not massively.

Summary: Well located in the old town, close to the Serrano Towers and links to transport.
