Summary: This might top the list of favorite hotels! The staff truly goes above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel special! The breakfast, the specialty coffee bar, the happy hour, the cookies, the view, the comfy beds, the free bikes, etc... Gustavo was super helpful with recommendations, but the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you! 💚

Summary: Mattress was excellent. Room was very clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent uncommon in American Hotels, but comparable to fine Hotels in Europe. No obnoxious facility fees.
