This Air conditioned Traditional House in Evi's Garden site is ideal for up to 4-persons Families has 2 bedrooms, a dinning room- kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath tube, sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 Kids). One master double-bed bedroom and a second with two single beds.
This Family Cottage House is situated inside the Evi's Garden multi-unit site, and has direct and open access to the big garden and the large stone yard veranda place.

Evi's Garden Family houses is a multi-unit Resort apartments for Family Holidays. It includes 2 traditional house apartments and a Cottage House, all of them situated around the same site. All of our air conditioned apartments and the cottage house, are fully equipped to accommodate families with children and have been developed with respect to Family Holidays. There is a very nice yard made of stone with beautiful trees and roses, that provides with shade during summer and privacy with plenty of space. Leisure and relaxing times for parents and kids safely to play in our beautiful green yard. Evi's Garden is only 100 meters from the picturesque fully equipped sandy beach where you can do all kinds of water sports in the crystal clear water of the Ionian Sea or just have a nice sunbath. You can enjoy long bare-foot walks on the beach watching magnificent sunsets where the sun literally dives in the blue sea! Indulge yourself to the local cuisine or have a drink in the local pubs, Greek taverns and restaurants. Summary: Patio area surrounded by a lovely garden with lots of interesting things growing in it (oranges, walnuts, bananas and avocados to name a few).Spiros always had a cheery greeting in the mornings and along with Evi were very friendly hosts.Nice basement apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4. The collection of 4 properties (including the owner's) are very central on the main street, but this apartment faced the garden and so it seemed like a quieter area than it actually was.Garden shared with 2 other guest apartments but plenty of space for everyone.Very much enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Summary: We had a nice stay in Spiros and Evis garden. Beautiful quiet apartment on the main street close to the beach and lots of restaurants. We definitly come back. Spiros and Evi are very good hosts always caring and approachable.

Summary: Lovely place owned by lovely people. Apartment was clean and equipped with basic appliances- everything we needed. No TV might be a surprise for some, but we were happy with that. Patio and the garden with play area for kids were very handy. All in all, great place for either families or singles/ couples.

Summary: Excellent hosts. Excellent and spacious property. Very comfortable for 5-6 adults. Beach is excellent although a bit remote from the property 300 m. Everything one tourist may need (market, bakery, bars, restaurants, gift shops, tourist agency, physician ...) is within the perimeter of 100 m. Public transport very well organized.

Summary: This place was perfect for me and my grow. Up daughter and her toddler. The people ouldn’t hvae been kinder and more helpful. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. The sea was an easy stroll away and the local shops had everything we needed. Brilliant.

Summary: We had such a lovely break for our family of 5. Great safe garden for children to play and perfect location on the main drag. Lovely sandy beach 5 mins walk, set in the heart of shops, restaurants etc. Can use local hotel pools free as long as you buy drinks, snacks etc. We loved Poseidon's pool and Sebastian's restaurant just across the road. Ag. Gordios was such a lovely friendly place and Spiro's the perfect host, like a lovely Greek Grandpa.
