Summary: I wasn't expecting this much nice place it would be. From parking check in and check out everything was smooth. They have kept everything in need for the travellers. Kitchen utensils appliances. I really enjoyed would recommend everyone. Also the area is nice and peaceful yet you can walk to high street with in 2 minutes

Summary: The lady that owns this property is the nicest person ever so I do feel a bit bad writing this. The property needs a lot of TLC. However the bed was very comfy and the shower great, we were never planning on staying in our room and the location for us was perfect.

Summary: Nice enough, clean and cosy with everything you could ask for, for the good value price and extremely convenient for the motorway and the NEC plus the village had lots and lots of options for food and drink in easy walking distance. Property was easy to find and easy to park, was also nice and lovely and quiet (aside from one of the other guests setting off the fire alarm in the middle of the night smoking in their room when they shouldn't have!) Would definitely stay here again for the NEC.

Summary: The room and towels had a terrible smell. Spider webs everywhere and the bed was broken on one side. No blackout curtains. Close to good restaurants and helpful guidebook in the room. Nice teas

Summary: Easy parking Did not use spa Owners away so could not get breakfast in but they recommended a cafe just down the road Was a bit unsure about the front door being unlocked but apparently most hotels and B & Bs do that nowadays Lovely place

Summary: Little gem of a place, plenty of parking, room was larger than ex and it qas immaculately clean.Near plenty of eateries,in a quiet neighbourhood.Host was lovely and helpfull ,would definitely would be back and try the spa next time

Summary: I was extremely lucky to be allowed to check in a tad earlier than stated Outside of the building looks a little tired but there is parking outside for 4 cars however there is a road opposite that I parked in and had my partner pick up a couple days later . The area appears to be very nice. It was extremely easy to find from my journey from M5 . I enjoyed a little walk around the town . There’s a Tesco and a few charity shops and post office. My room was clean and had coffee making facilities. Guests have uses of a microwave
