Negative: Didn’t like local tax for visiting the area and that all the dinning facilities only took cash. Plus the information leaflet at the hotel stated Resturant open 6pm to 9pm but when we arrived at 7.55pm we’re told the kitchen was closed!

Positive: Staff were friendly and very accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Negative: The food and coffee could be better. Coffee wasn't hot enough and tasted too watered down.

Positive: The location is pretty good, just few minutes away from the town center. Wonderful sauna and swimming pool, very clean and everything is well arranged. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Negative: The pillows are very soft and only two (one per person). I like harder and higher pillows, so I didn't sleep very well. Of course, it could be provided but it was already very late. So I will advice the hotel to put an extra pillow in the cupboard or on the bed. Or request an extra pillow(s) at check-in,

Positive: A quick and easy check-in with motorcycle parking close to the hotel entrance. Our room was very comfortable and easy lift access to the restaurant and reception area. A short walk to the centre of Monschau for some sightseeing.
