Summary: Rooms were spotless and the staff so accommodating! The lobby has everything you need in terms of a full service bar and a bagel shop attached right next door! Picked this hotel due to the proximity of the Barclays Center. It was perfect! Would definitely go back!

Summary: Amazing hotel, top to bottom. Check-in and check-out were both great, rooms amazing, and the location is excellent. Aside from two negative experiences with a rude front desk guy, and an *insanely* rude/snobby bartender, all of the staff were wonderful. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to others. 4.5/5 we hope to be back!

Summary: “I had an awesome stay! The room was super clean, the staff made everything easy, and the hotel’s style and energy were exactly what I was looking for. The amenities and the lobby vibe definitely stood out.”

Summary: The rooms were fairly spacious for NYC. The bed was extremely comfortable. Cons: no one helped me with my luggage and you can hear the subway in the room. They also don’t have a coffee machine in the room.

Summary: Very impressed! Staff was on the ball, courteous and helpful from the get-go. Room was spacious, incredible floor to ceiling window, bathroom ok. Shower needs higher pressure, but that seems to be the norm these days everywhere unfortunately. The Italian restaurant downstairs is phenomenal-I’m still dreaming of their Cacio e Pepe. Overall, wish I had more need to stay in Brooklyn because this has quickly become a fave hotel.
