Summary: Our stay at the Ace hotel was fab! The hotel itself is very cool and the staff are super-helpful. It’s in a great location to explore Brooklyn and is also easy to reach on the subway from JFK and Manhattan. We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: Cool spot with a ton of amenities in a great location. The lobby can be very crowded and loud but it always seemed to add to the good vibe and not take it away, while the sounds never made it sound not the upper floors or sleeping rooms. Larger and more comfortable room than we are accustomed to for the price.

Summary: Great hotel. Professional, attentive staff. Excellent restaurants and bars. Convenient location close to DeKalb Market food court (with Brooklyn Katz Deli), Primark, Trader Joe’s and Alamo Drafthouse cinemas. This is now our go to hotel in Brooklyn.

Summary: Remaining items from previous guest were found in room including (containers of opened ketchup) and miscellaneous socks. Staff was supposed to send up plates for ordered in food, it never showed. Guest I added to my reservation with the front desk was never added, and was unable to get a key to the room until I physically returned to site. In room dining menu and process not present in room which required additional phone calls to front desk for support.
