Summary: The ACE Brooklyn is such a fun, unique, stylish, and engaging property. The room decor is so incredible and the view was spectacular. I loved the co-working space as well as the space in the lobby to hold meetings or work. The restaurants were great and the location was perfect! One of my favorite ACE properties so far.

Summary: Room and bathroom were super clean and well-maintained. Hotel provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, as well as lots of towels, etc., and a hairdryer. In room fridge and mini bar, as well as bar in restaurants downstairs in the lobby. Great convenient location in Brooklyn close to the subway, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. Rooms for a very quiet and beds were comfortable.

Summary: Amazing clean well located hotel. Lobby bar is the best. Linkage to black seed is great. Staff always friendly and super helpful.

Summary: It was hard to sit in the Lobby/bar area to have a drink. The hotel have a lot of guest that doesn't stay overnight at the hotel. We couldn't sit and have a drink after we checked in or the next day. They front desk receptionist was not really friendly. When asked them questions they hurry and try to rush you off.

Summary: My main issue inside was mugs not being refreshed or cleaned over the entire four nights. One of them chipped. Just not what I’d expect having stayed at The Ace in Manhattan quite a few times. Rooms are a decent size and beds very comfortable. We stayed with our two children. Love the atmosphere in the hotel but location is grim. Cool shops and restaurants a couple of blocks across but immediate vicinity is dirty and full of intimidating characters at all times of day.
