Positive: Large comfortable room opposite a really nice park. Walking distance to cool neighbourhood around Ave du Mont Royal with good food and drink options.

Negative: No face-to-face contact with the owner so felt very impersonal. 20 mins walk to metro with buses not very regular.

Positive: The property is across the street from a bus stop that takes you to a subway station. It is walking distance to Le Plateau, but in the hot sun it may seem far. In general though it is a great place to stay with strong AC. We enjoyed our stay.

Negative: It wasn’t as close to the subway as we would have liked, but the bus to the subway across the street was a bonus.

Summary: Excellent place to stay for a last minute trip to Montreal and fairly convenient location with strong AC.
