Positive: Location, yet there are other places in the same area that are a better value and offer more.

Negative: Hotel charges $28 per night to park and does not have adequate parking spaces to accommodate all guests. If there is no space to park, they refer you to public parking lot next door. Very unreasonable for the amount of money charged to stay there. They offer a breakfast for $18 per person but only serve two hot entrees which are not standard breakfast items which forces guests to eat outside of hotel. They advertise a roof top lounge, yet it’s closed during the week. Given the above vs the price, not a good value.

Summary: Overly priced for what they offer. Some staff js not friendly or receptive/hekpful.

Negative: The coffee in the room was not good. Also paying for the breakfast.

Positive: Ah my second North American hotel with a low bed. 20" high, enough said. A positive trend? Well there was a lot more on line with what a ♿ guest would like. Shower controls in reach of the fold down bench The shower head was already low. Soap dispensers were reachable from the bench. All towels were low on a mini gurney. All coat hangers were low. There was even a control switch for the window curtains. There was even clear space under the bed for a hoyer lift! I have not seen a more ♿ complete room in recent memory.

Negative: The only negative I can think of is with so many bath features in reach from the shower seat, the grab bar itself was a little congested to serve it's purpose of—a clear safe place to hold on to.

Positive: New, clean, friendly staff. Perfect location downtown.

Negative: Room layout was awkward and not spacious or set up well for couples. The lots were filled up so there was no parking onsite. Most importantly, the room was very loud with sounds from the room above us. I needed to call the front desk twice to ask them to help. They were very helpful and attentive, but I think this is just a design or construction issue. Maybe it was just this room or very noisy guests upstairs, but it seemed like more than that.
