Summary: Clean rooms and accessible areas of the hotel. Meals taken were well prepared and appetising. Overall staff were pleasant and cooperative. Two of the staff were however outstanding and actually have improved the rating of the hotel and service. The Maitre d’, Enrico, fulfilled his role with an easy competency and professionalism. His explanations of Italian lifestyle and culinary delights were a joy. The acme of guest relationship was presented by the receptionist, Jessica. What a find she is for the Marriott group. She proved to be the ‘fount of all knowledge’. So helpful, so clear with directions, almost AtoZ like knowledge of the area and so descriptive of the best sights ares to visit both in and around Padua. It is a shame that Marriott haven’t found a position in a more tourist centred venue/position. It would also be a travesty if the Group failed to recognise the immense talents and intellect that Jessica has.

Summary: The hotel is clean and looks new. The room was large, with a big TV and comfortable bed. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The only downside is that, if you're without a car, it's difficult get to and from the hotel: taxis are rare in Padova, and bus service is limited.
