Positive: Nice hotel. Bit pricey but it's a pricey area. Location is great, 10 min walk from Naples old town. The gym was fantastic. Pool was good, if a bit small. Drinks by the pool surprisingly affordable. Overall, location, amenities, beds and shower were on point and that's what you need in a hotel.

Negative: Food was good, not great. They've got a bit of work to do for their breakfast bar. Staff were not always super prepared, but they were attentive. (For example, they didn't have butter or spoons out one of the mornings, hot meals were consistently a bit late, and I suspect they are not turning over the self serve items every day.) I expect this will be worked out soon as its a new hotel.

Summary: Nice new hotel, perfect location. Great gym and poolside service.

Negative: Concierge was lacking. Check in I waited 15 mins because the girl was just chatting someone up, all along the other concierge saw the line and stared. Nobody says hello anymore. The hotel moves very slow, the staff have no urgency. I worked in hospitality for years I would never be allowed to not greet a guest who walked in. Ate at the restaurant they sit you down and nobody comes over ever had to get up and ask for a waiter.

Positive: New and clean. Good rooftop.

Negative: I went to the restaurant and I had a Paella. The worst paella I have ate in my life. A yellow pre cooked rice, without any flavor, with a sausage in a different plate. If you doesn't have a Marriot Gold or Platinum Status they click you out of the room at 9 am. They knock the door every 5 min from 9 am. I called the front desk and the girl said the check out is at 9 am... What????? She gave me more time because I had Golden Marriot status. So take care of this if you don't have it and you have in mind stay at the room over 9 am. You have to pay a parking fee to stay in a un covered parking
