Summary: I liked being able to Open the Window -This makes a VERY Big Difference when you have Stale AC Air being recirculated in the Room with NO FRESH Air being introduced!!!

Summary: Overall, the hotel is great for exploring KL. The only downside is the noise from the LRT which can be quite disturbing for light sleeper. Whilst we asked for room that is not directly facing the track, the noise is there.

Summary: We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a nice view. Everything worked fine. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was good. Public transportation is close by. This was the third AC hotel I stayed in. All of them have been excellent.

Summary: This is the best hotel we tried during our visit to Malaysia. It was so good that we decided to book it another 2 times when we got back to Kuala Lumpur from other states. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel location is perfect with 1-minute walk to a bus station, a metro station, and many nice surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful. On the negative side, you can hear the nearby metro trains as they go by which can be noisy sometimes. The pillows were thick for us that it hurt our neck when sleeping. And the AC controller of the last room we took wasn’t working as expected. But nonetheless, it's a definitely highly recommended hotel that I'd love to stay in again.

Summary: Nice and clean hotel away from the hustle of central Kuala Lumpur. Hotel is situated in a ethnic area for those inclined for interaction amongst the locals. Hotel has a pool and decent gym, restaurant for breakfast and lunch, but plenty of ethnic restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Quality stay overall for me.
