Summary: Great room and staff. Only issue was one lift out if order the two days we were there.

Summary: Absolute hotel is absolutely the best hotel in Limerick and the staff are a credit to the Talbot group. We felt like VIP’s and nothing too much trouble as we celebrated 6 nights and had most marvellous break. Never forget this week, as we made memories and met most kind, interesting people ….so many we can’t name all, but the team in hotel you know who you are and well done. Exceptional service and we leave tomorrow with hugs and assurance we will be back. Just perfect every aspect, thank you fab room,housekeeping, reception, breakfasts, dinner, cocktails,parking, spa, and you all absolutely the best ! J&T

Summary: The location was excellent we were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to see. Polite staff. The breakfast was okay but the view of the river was amazing. The rooms are large but no dresser and very little plug ins. I would recommend this for a few nights stay

Summary: Loved the AC, brunch and gym. Central location . Get the offsite parking map and garage code upon arrival as the garage at hotel only has 40 tight spots. Only complaint- not a great beer menu at Harry’s but still recommend. No AC in dining room.

Summary: Nikola (very nice) checked us in and told us they were upgrading (complimentary) our stay to a suite. It was a very much appreciated pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and very nice. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Must things to do-King John’s Castle, St. Mary’s Cathedral, and most definitely a visit to Katie Daly’s Pub! All within walking distance.

Summary: Had a lovely night's stay at this hotel. Really friendly and welcoming gentleman on reception - I think Dustin was his name. Staff in the restaurant excellent as well. Location was very good for a gig at King John's Castle and also a short walk to the milk market. Burger and chips in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast lovely especially the pancake machine and little portions of Nutella! Room very comfortable. Would recommend.

Summary: Loved the location. You could easily walk around the city. Appreciated the ability to park at the hotel, although parking was very tight.
