Summary: Great location with outstanding views from upper balcony and easy beach access. Condo was well equipped to allow family of four to make some of our own meals. Resort has some nice facilities like hot tub, steam room, pool and gym.

Summary: Toilet roll holders were rusted and in need of replacement. Second bedroom blind was broken and the light at night from outside comes in. It needs a blockout curtain. Screen doors do not meet or lock. No breadboard.

Summary: The area is lovely and the property nicely positioned. However, it should not be described as a penthouse as it is far from it. It is dated, and the level of maintenance could have been better. The frying pans were unacceptable and the light bulb in the lamp in the children's room did not work. Although it was priced at lower than similar (but larger) properties in the area, it was still overpriced, though everything seems to be these days.
